Renewal Specialist, TN
This position is responsible for renewing traditional HR, training and compliance solutions for an existing customer base. In addition, this role is responsible for welcome calls and quarterly “touch-base” efforts to our existing customer base.

Renewal Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers with expiring contracts and ensure highest possible renewal rate percentage
  • Meet or exceed renewable quotas, and objectives

  • BLR’s Danvers, MA office has an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join its Environmental, Safety, and HR event marketing team. In this position, you will develop the design, inspiration, and promotional copy for print and online communications for our websites and marketing channels, including sales, search, direct mail, email, e-commerce platform, display ads, and live events (conferences and webinars.)

We are rapidly expanding our Advertising Sales Team. We are looking to add a results-driven Advertising Sales Account Executive to our dynamic team located in our Old Saybrook, CT office.

In this position, you be responsible for generating new business. The ideal candidate should understand how to prospect and cultivate with a consultative sales approach. We are currently looking for experienced Account Executive to join our BLR Media sales team. Under the direction of the Director of Media Sales, your career and on-the-job training will begin with a focus on our event series. Sales Manager - Danvers, MA

The Sales Manager is expected to work effectively as part of the corporate account sales team and is knowledgeable in the areas of sales, relationship management, and client retention. This individual will build positive customer relationships and ensure client retention.
