This position is located in Brentwood, TN. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service while selling our products and services.

This position is located in our Old Saybrook, CT office. We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator/Editor to join our Editorial Team.

The Web Content Coordinator/Editor will be responsible for content management for the assignee subscription websites. Associate Editorial Product Specialist
HCPro is seeking a high-energy and engaged Associate Editorial Product Specialist who is ready to drive the success of a growing business line. This position is located in our Danvers, MA office. This position manages HCPro’s two custom Medicare services products with a focus on collaborating with regulatory specialists to deliver high-quality content to customers. CDI Education Specialist (Per Diem)

HCPro, which fully owns the Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS), is currently seeking applicants for their CDI Education Specialist position.

The CDI Education Specialist will teach CDI Boot Camps and serve as a subject matter expert for ACDIS. Current CDI Boot Camps include CDI Basics Boot Camp and ICD-10 for CDI Boot Camp, which are both based on MS-DRG methodology. The CDI Education Specialists will also have opportunities to customize class materials for non-traditional areas, such as LTAC, HCCs, and pediatrics. The CDI Education Specialist works closely with the Director of CDI Education for HCPro and the Director of ACDIS.

The per diem CDI Education Specialist position requires between 50 to 75% travel, and you are able to work remotely. Because we specialize in education and not consulting, our instructors have greater flexibility of their schedules and know weeks to months in advance when and where they will be traveling.

The CDI Boot Camps vary in length between two and four days. Instructors typically teach three classes per month. When not traveling, the CDI Education specialist assists with CDI educational projects, such as writing or reviewing articles, newsletters, and books; blogging; speaking on webinars, and other projects.

Candidates will preferably have at least five years experience as a CDI professional. Current RN licensure or a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) through AHIMA is required. Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) credential and ICD-10-CM/PCS education preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking and/or adult education.

Summary:

This position is located in our Old Saybrook, CT office. This individual will manage the email production team and work closely with our vertical teams to develop and execute the organizations email marketing plan to achieve strategic plan objectives. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of maximizing our email marketing channel in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deploy complex email campaigns on the Strong View/StrongMail email platform.
  • Manage a staff of five in a highly production orientated environment, deploying in excess of 50MM emails monthl.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the email development / deployment process including maximizing dynamic content, targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation and contact strategies in conjunction with vertical team members, while overseeing flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve enewsletter design, business logic, delivery and performance.
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders and provide/implement improvement recommendations.
  • Continually develop, measure and optimize campaigns utilizing A/B and multivariate testing
  • Maintain timely reporting and documentation of email campaigns.
  • Work directly with email and data service providers.
  • Manage strategy and functions of triggered email campaign.
  • Continually monitor internal testing results and industry best practices. and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing and motivating staff in a highly production orientated environment.
  • 5+ years of email marketing experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies, deliverability, list growth, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and Excel and ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly.
  • Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines

Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Project Manager in our Old Saybrook, CT office. As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of software development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.

The Product Manager is the single point of accountability to plan, document, direct and coordinate web/application development projects to ensure that team goals and objectives are accomplished with high quality, within established time frames and budget, and meet customer and/or business needs. The Product Manager also serves as a business and technical/system analyst for the web/application development and support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch major projects - Help develop concepts, gain consensus, document and prepare projects for development. Manage the project’s development process; be the “go to” person for web/application developers regarding questions and issues with functional and technical specifications.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects – The PM will be responsible for managing a group of projects that vary in complexity and size. Projects may include new products, improvements to existing products, marketing/lead generation pages or internal applications/systems.
  • Gather/document requirements - Elicit project requirements from project owners and stakeholders. Work with project team to capture and define business and user requirements.
  • Document projects - Responsible for creating and/or reviewing requirement documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, and test plans. Model and analyze business process or information flows. Develop necessary assets needed to accurately and efficiently communicate project details.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing - Plan and lead product testing to assure quality and stakeholder acceptance.
  • Additional Responsibilities Support web and application implementation activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of practical, professional project management experience in a software development environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business analysis and systems experience and/or training
