Accounts Receivable (Circulation Assistant)
Provide quality service to customers by accurately maintaining records in circulation management system. Ensure accurate entry of orders and payments. Adjust subscription orders and customer information as necessary. Manage output from the circulation management system.

Circulation Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle necessary adjustments to customers’ accounts (name/address changes, miscellaneous account adjustments, transfers, cancellations, downgrades or refunds)
  • Consistently perform quality control functions (merging duplicate accounts and correcting errors in transactions or date entry)

Collections Specialist
This position is responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment on past due accounts while initiating strategies for collections process and procedures.

Collection Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments
  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls on accounts that are past due
  • Assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 100+ phone calls daily)
  • Negotiate payment plans as needed

Graphic Designer - Creative
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team located in our Brentwood, TN office. In this role, you will conceptualize, create, and produce a wide variety of design projects for direct mail advertising, new products, events, and web/mobile efforts.

The ideal candidate will work independently to organize work and efficiently manage time to meet design production schedules and tight deadlines, while working on several products concurrently. Primary job functions often require regular, independent decision-making. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and produce high quality graphic designs for direct mail advertising including catalogs, self-mailers, packages, and space ads.

We have an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Operations Specialist in our Middleton, MA location. This is an entry level support role that requires strong attention to detail. We are currently looking for a Data Specialist to join our team. As Data Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all phases of campaign execution, including internal list segmentation process, outside list orders, and data processing. You will also be the primary contact with list management/brokerage agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create SQL Queries for Internal List Segmentation – Independently creates SQL queries to pull list segments based on list order specifications provided by internal customers. Delivers list orders to internal customers for final approval.

eLearning Producer
This role is located in our Old Saybrook, CT location and will work with the eLearning team to produce and maintain elearning modules. Production responsibilities include: sync audio to presentations, publish courses with specific customer specifications, complete course updates and customizations, and maintain courses in the LMS environment. This is a remote position. The Coding Regulatory Specialist serves as an instructor for the company’s Certified Coder Boot Camp® (live and online), the Certified Coder Boot Camp® --Inpatient version, and other coding related educational courses (live and online). The Coding Regulatory Specialist also partners with fellow coding instructors and the HCPro product team to identify the need for new training resources, including boot camps, seminars, eLearning, webcasts, and books.
