Associate Conference & Events Producer-MA

The Associate Conference & Events Producer will be responsible for the production of assigned webcasts and conferences in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

Job functions:

  • Manage the development, implementation, and overall coordination of assigned webcast and conference events
  • Engage in strategic problem solving, coordinate efforts of applicable staff, speakers, and vendors, schedule and lead planning calls, create speaker faculty guides and execute speaker agreements, coordinate program and meeting agendas, format content materials, prepare speakers for participation in live events, execute program on day of live event, and ensure a satisfactory customer experience
  • Be an integral team-player working closely with various internal departments to review marketing campaigns messages/results and to support the revenue goals through timely delivery of event
  • Maintain event information within internal program databases and communicate changes to the appropriate internal departments
  • Communicate and coordinate event needs with outside vendors in the production of the event to guarantee high-quality programs
  • Additional responsibilities may include sales reporting functions, testing new technical formats for events, and other department projects
  • Be available to travel as necessary to events to provide onsite support

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail “is a must”.
  • Experience communicating one-to-one clearly and effectively with clients/speakers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team-centered environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including leading event production(s) across multiple channels.

Marketing Specialist- Danvers, MA

This position is responsible for a variety of important marketing communication programs and will work with the Marketing Manager, Editorial Director, and content teams to develop product positioning and content to successfully drive sales and company brand awareness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling copy and promotional material by developing targeted and engaging content for a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Manage, organize, and execute marketing programs including: Email marketing, interactive/web marketing, social media, PR and direct mail
  • Work in partnership with Marketing Manager and editorial/content team to develop content and ensure smooth product development/rollout and audience growth
  • Assist in conducting the above efforts and coordinate with centralized resources (as needed) to ensure achievement of goals and an effective use of resources

Assistant Product Manager
Business and Legal Resources Inc., a leading publisher of Environmental, Safety and Human Resource training and compliance solutions, an entry-level opportunity for an Assistant an Assistant Product Manager in its Environmental, Health and Safety group. This position is located in BLR’s Old Saybrook, CT office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research. Meet with customers and prospects to understand their needs and workflows. Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning for assigned products.
  • Support Senior Product Manager in management of the product lifecycle including authoring marketing requirement documents, product testing/release/launch plans and tactical activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of go-to-market plan for new products, working with all departments to execute.
  • Document customer use cases for all assigned products through market research and customer interactions (e.g. focus groups, interviews, surveys, etc.).
  • Work closely with Senior Product Manager, Sales and Marketing teams to help them:

Sales Manager - Danvers, MA

The Sales Manager is expected to work effectively as part of the corporate account sales team and is knowledgeable in the areas of sales, relationship management, and client retention. This individual will build positive customer relationships and ensure client retention.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our inside sales team for the BLR Healthcare division and supporting our national accounts sales team, as needed. This position reports to the Director of National Accounts.

Job Functions: Inside Sales Management

  • Drive individual and team monthly forecasts and quotas for inside sales
  • Collaborate, organize, and communicate with sales team to understand customer requirements and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Work and coordinate with product and marketing teams for inside sales efforts and campaigns

Job Functions: National Accounts Support

  • Respond to customer requests for quotes, proposals and custom solutions
  • Responsible for distributing and coordinating contract information for engagements to the appropriate internal functional areas
  • Assist in coordinating support and service delivery with internal functional areas, account executives, and customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues in all applicable support departments to administer effective deployment, client retention and loyalty strategies

HealthLeaders Media Sales Coordinator- Danvers,MA
The Coordinator must ensure the highest quality of customer service, timeliness, and accuracy of internal and external client deliverables. Under the direction of the Media Sales Operations Manager, you will work hands-on coordinating with and providing customer service at many different levels to internal and external clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as client facing contact for select campaigns and sponsorships to ensure client logistics and deliverables are executed according to contract terms and conditions in a proactive and time-sensitive matter
  • Manage the workflow for print and digital sales marketing material and collateral from conception to completion
  • Partner with HealthLeaders Media Senior Traffic Coordinator and marketing department on developing client online ad campaign post run reporting programs
  • Manage the workflow and logistics for a weekly e-Newsletter
  • Work closely with marketing to coordinate scheduling and development of all sales-related promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate team travel and meeting schedules and represent HealthLeaders Media at industry tradeshows as required
  • Manage with the highest quality, travel coordination, billing, meal planning, and other administrative logistics related to the activities for HealthLeaders media client sponsored events
  • Work with Sales Operations Manager to resolve any client contract, billing, and collection issues
  • Provide ad trafficking back-up coverage as needed
  • Work collaboratively and effectively within the sales department and companywide with the marketing, editorial, live events, and creative services teams
  • Think and act as a client advocate with our paying customers’ best interests in mind at all times, exceeding internal and external client expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university)
  • One to two years sales operations experience
  • Experience with Doubleclick for Publishers (DART) a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must
  • Social media skills preferred
