Accounts Receivable (Circulation Assistant)
Provide quality service to customers by accurately maintaining records in circulation management system. Ensure accurate entry of orders and payments. Adjust subscription orders and customer information as necessary. Manage output from the circulation management system.

Circulation Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle necessary adjustments to customers’ accounts (name/address changes, miscellaneous account adjustments, transfers, cancellations, downgrades or refunds)
  • Consistently perform quality control functions (merging duplicate accounts and correcting errors in transactions or date entry)
  • Generate month-end circulation reports for Accounting and management
  • Research and provide documentation for credit card dispute claims
  • Prepare daily bank deposits

Collections Specialist
This position is responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment on past due accounts while initiating strategies for collections process and procedures.

Collection Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments
  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls on accounts that are past due
  • Assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 100+ phone calls daily)
  • Negotiate payment plans as needed
  • Identify root cause of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions for client and customer

The Assistant Legal Learning Specialist functions as the on-site coordinator for one and two-day company sponsored events for attorneys in Alabama. The position is responsible for assisting with the research, planning and execution of live events and webinars in Alabama and Tennessee.

Account Executive - Inside Sales, MA Office

As Account Executive, you will responsible for building a customer base, in an assigned territory, by acquiring new customers and selling product to existing customers via the phone and email. The Medicare Boot Camp®-Hospital Version is an intensive, five-day course on Medicare coverage, billing, coding, and payment for hospital outpatient and inpatient services. The objective of the course is to provide course participants with a detailed understanding of the Medicare "rules" with a particular emphasis on the operational application of those rules. Coding Regulatory Specialist - Remote
This is a remote position. The Coding Regulatory Specialist serves as an instructor for the company’s Certified Coder Boot Camp® (live and online), the Certified Coder Boot Camp® --Inpatient version, and other coding related educational courses (live and online). The Coding Regulatory Specialist also partners with fellow coding instructors and the HCPro product team to identify the need for new training resources, including boot camps, seminars, eLearning, webcasts, and books.
