Accounts Receivable (Circulation Assistant)
Provide quality service to customers by accurately maintaining records in circulation management system. Ensure accurate entry of orders and payments. Adjust subscription orders and customer information as necessary. Manage output from the circulation management system.

Circulation Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handle necessary adjustments to customers’ accounts (name/address changes, miscellaneous account adjustments, transfers, cancellations, downgrades or refunds)
  • Consistently perform quality control functions (merging duplicate accounts and correcting errors in transactions or date entry)

Collections Specialist
This position is responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment on past due accounts while initiating strategies for collections process and procedures.

Collection Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments

This position is located in our Middleton, MA office. The editor writes, edits, researches, and manages projects for a wide variety of publishing mediums and with time will become a subject matter expert in the healthcare revenue cycle market.
