Essential Functions:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the editorial/product department to develop pre/post launch product marketing plans

Operations Coordinator-Entry Level Administrative
This position is located in our Danvers, MA office. The Operations Coordinator will work within the Events department to support continuing education management, logistics, and overall operations for our boot camp product line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creation of continuing education evaluations, certificates, and internal reporting for boot camps
  • Coordinate continuing education applications for boot camps with appropriate external education associations and internal content staff
  • Prepare instructor packages for weekly classes
  • Attend weekly meetings with sales, instructors, events, and content staff to discuss logistics for upcoming custom programs
  • Scan hard copy boot camp evaluations into reporting system, create reports, and distribute to internal leadership and sales

Advertising Client Services Associate, CT
BLR is looking for an Advertising Client Services Associate to join our BLR Media team in the Old Saybrook, CT office. BLR Media advertising clients include Fortune 500 companies and industry-leaders in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Training, Safety, and more. The Advertising Client Services Associate is an interdepartmental role responsible for interfacing with the sales team and clients to launch and maintain campaigns for all BLR Media brands. This person will work closely with sales, marketing, editorial and digital operations to provide high-level support and drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to campaign management internally and interface with clients about campaign progress and status
  • Work with digital operations team to manage digital media calendar, coordinating with sales team and clients to ensure all media purchases are fulfilled correctly and on schedule, securing final approvals for campaign launches
  • Work with sales, marketing and editorial to fulfill custom campaign programs

The Sales Manager is expected to work effectively as part of the corporate account sales team and is knowledgeable in the areas of sales, relationship management, and client retention. This individual will build positive customer relationships and ensure client retention.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our inside sales team for the BLR Healthcare division and supporting our national accounts sales team, as needed. This position reports to the Director of National Accounts.

Job Functions: Inside Sales Management

  • Drive individual and team monthly forecasts and quotas for inside sales

Responsibilities Include:

  • Staff management: Manage the sales team through analysis of individual sales quotas and goals to ensure monthly sales quotas are met or exceeded. Conduct individual monthly performance reviews with team members. Instruct, train, mentor and manage direct reports. Requires a successful track record with strong managerial, sales and organizational skills, and proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
