Renewal Specialist
This position is responsible for renewing traditional HR, training and compliance solutions for an existing customer base. In addition, this role is responsible for welcome calls and quarterly “touch-base” efforts to our existing customer base.

Renewal Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers with expiring contracts and ensure highest possible renewal rate percentage
  • Meet or exceed renewable quotas, and objectives
  • Work with the outbound sales team on new business to jointly achieve total customer satisfaction according to renewals/account management best practices and by optimally managing Company’s resources
  • Assist the outbound sales team to up-sell/cross-sell current customers on new products or services
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve customer service and technical support issues

CDI Education Specialist
Essential Functions:
  • The CDI Education Specialist position has two major responsibilities: Serving as an instructor for the Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS)-sponsored CDI Boot Camp, ICD-10 for CDI Boot Camp and Advancing CDI Boot Camp, and serving as in-house support and expertise for ACDIS-related functions, including assisting with articles and product development. Secondarily, it includes occasional duties as an instructor for customized boot camps, contracted medical record review/evaluation of CDI opportunities, and other engagements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Teaching CDI Boot Camp, ICD-10 for CDI Boot Camp, and Advancing CDI Boot Camp
    • Updating and revising classroom materials under direction of CDI Education Director
    • Participating on sales/scope calls with potential boot camp clients
    • Participating in CDI work groups to develop industry standards and best practices
    • Assisting in development of annual conference and other seminars
    • Writing articles for the CDI Journal, ACDIS Blog, and CDI Strategies e-newsletter

    Qualifications:

    • 4 to 10 years’ experience in the CDI field
    • Holds a current RN licensure or is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) through AHIMA

    • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentials preferred

BLR is looking for an Advertising Client Services Associate to join our BLR Media team in the Old Saybrook, CT office. BLR Media advertising clients include Fortune 500 companies and industry-leaders in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Training, Safety, and more. The Advertising Client Services Associate is an interdepartmental role responsible for interfacing with the sales team and clients to launch and maintain campaigns for all BLR Media brands.   • Contribute to campaign management internally and interface with clients about campaign progress and status

Sales Manager - Danvers, MA

The Sales Manager is expected to work effectively as part of the corporate account sales team and is knowledgeable in the areas of sales, relationship management, and client retention. This individual will build positive customer relationships and ensure client retention.
