This position is located in Brentwood, TN. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service while selling our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize all opportunities to provide superior customer service to our customers

Collections Specialist
This position is responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment on past due accounts while initiating strategies for collections process and procedures.

Collection Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments
  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls on accounts that are past due
  • Assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 100+ phone calls daily)
  • Negotiate payment plans as needed
  • Identify root cause of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions for client and customer
  • Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and address information
  • Collaborate with accounts receivables staff regarding collection of payments

This position is located in our Danvers, MA office. The Operations Coordinator will work within the Events department to support material production on our national conferences and webcasts as well as the day to day operations of the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal colleagues to understand and determine conference production needs
  • Build conference material program guide and event signage drafts, submit files to creative for layout, proof and approve final pieces for print
  • Organize attendee data and create conference name badges

Facilities Fulfillment Operations Associate
Fulfillment/Facilities Associate is needed to perform various duties including fulfillment of various products and keeping the facility in good status to comply with environmental, health, and safety policies. Will need to maintain accurate shipping schedules, monitor on and offsite inventory, and place orders as needed while assisting other departments with multiple functions as requested.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure USPS, FedEx and UPS shipping systems for the shipments of products, promotional campaigns, tradeshow shipments and live event conferences are operational.
  • Maintain production schedules and databases for product fulfillment and promotional campaigns and Event shipments. Inspect and receive arriving inventory, submit paperwork to Coordinator.
  • Oversee all functions of the facility: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lights, warehouse maintenance and organization. Address any employee internal issues/complaints pertaining to the facility. Maintain office security key cards.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors: night cleaning crew, supply company, and building management company.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all supply inventory and vendors: office supplies, kitchen/bathroom supplies, marketing materials, shipping/mailing supplies, incoming and outgoing mail and Accounts Receivable.
  • Oversee moving furniture, and any light industrial work done in-house: hanging pictures and boards, replacing/repairing cubicle components, etc.
  • Work with all departments to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered in accordance to established standards.
  • Generate purchase orders, when needed
  • Assist HR with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Coding Regulatory Specialist - Remote
This is a remote position. The Coding Regulatory Specialist serves as an instructor for the company’s Certified Coder Boot Camp® (live and online), the Certified Coder Boot Camp® --Inpatient version, and other coding related educational courses (live and online). The Coding Regulatory Specialist also partners with fellow coding instructors and the HCPro product team to identify the need for new training resources, including boot camps, seminars, eLearning, webcasts, and books. HCPro’s coding boot camps are technically-oriented and focus on coding guidelines applicable to hospital and/or professional services. The objective of our coding courses is to provide course participants with a detailed understanding of the coding "rules" with a particular emphasis on the operational application of those rules. Instructors are expected to provide positive reinforcement and ensure that every student learns regardless of previous experience level. Instructors must maintain a high level of competency in the subject matter.

Coding Regulatory Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Update and revise course materials under direction of the Director of HIM/Coding
  • Participate on sales/scope calls with potential boot camp clients
  • Develop and deliver custom education and other non-traditional client engagements
  • Research and keep up-to-date with Coding regulations, requirements, and best practices
