HR Daily Advisor Releases Survey Results on the Biggest HR Concerns of 2011

HR Professionals Rate Healthcare, FLSA Recordkeeping and Increasing Federal Investigations among Top HR Concerns for 2011 in Recent Survey

Old Saybrook, CT—January 21, 2011—The HR Daily Advisor® has announced the results of a December 2010 survey, The Biggest HR Concerns of 2011, which details the issues employers are most worried about in the coming year.

The survey was conducted late last month and featured the responses of 850 HR professionals. More than 80 percent of respondents listed healthcare costs and requirements among their top three concerns, while increasing federal investigations and the possibility of new FLSA recordkeeping requirements were listed by nearly half of all those polled.

“This survey reveals which HR topics we’ll all have to watch closely in the coming year,” said HR Daily Advisor editor Stephen Bruce, PhD, PHR. “It’s a valuable tool for anyone facing 2011’s HR challenges.”

Also included in the survey were readers’ responses on workplace wellness programs, EEOC investigations, social media, and the number of exempt employees in their organization.
