Child labor. Employers are required to post the notice titled Child Labor Laws that is available from the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation (FL Stat. Sec. 450.045).
Discrimination. Employers must post the notice titled Florida Law Prohibits Discrimination in both English and Spanish. The posters are available from the Florida Commission on Human Relations and explain employees' rights and responsibilities under the state's antidiscrimination laws. Public employers must post notices informing employees and applicants that they are protected against age discrimination (FL Stat. Sec. 760.10(10), Sec. 112.044(5)).
E-Verify. State law requires certain employers to register and participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program. Upon completion of E-Verify registration, covered employers must post a notice of E-Verify participation as well as a Right to Work poster distributed by the federal Office of Special Counsel. Both notices must be displayed in at least English and Spanish.
