Utah Notices (Posting): What you need to know

Utah requires that employers post several notices in the workplace informing workers of their rights and obligations under various employment laws. The notices must be placed conspicuously and in enough places to be seen easily by employees as they enter or exit the workplace and, in some cases, where they can be seen by applicants for employment. Many of the workplace posters required by Utah law are available in English and Spanish from the state Labor Commission at the following link: http://laborcommission.utah.gov.

Both posters are available in multiple languages from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services at http://www.uscis.gov/e-verify.

Code Sec. R313-18-11). This poster can be downloaded from the following link: http://www.deq.utah.gov.
