Child labor. Employers with minor employees must post the number of working hours required each day, the number of hours actually worked, hours of beginning and ending work, and mealtime hours, for each minor employee (VT Stat. Tit. 21 Sec. 442).
Family leave. Covered employers must post a notice informing employees of their rights and obligations under the Parental and Family Leave Law, including short-term family leave. Employers with 15 or more employees are covered by the family leave provisions; employers with 10 or more employees are covered by the parental leave provisions (VT Stat. Tit. 21 Sec. 472; Sec. 472a).
Paid sick leave.
Effective January 1, 2017, state law requires all employers doing business or operating within the state to allow eligible employees to accrue and use earned sick time. (The law goes into effect January 1, 2018, for businesses that employ five or fewer full-time employees.) The required poster
