Rules. There are many mobile source regulatory requirements implemented nationally by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that impact mobile sources in Pennsylvania. In addition, the Commonwealth has established additional programs to implement optional federal programs and state-specific requirements to control mobile source emissions and make progress toward attainment of all the national ambient air quality standards.
