· Rules. Alaska incorporates by reference the federal contingency plan rules applicable to LQGs, permitted TSDFs, and interim-status TSDFs.

· Administration and enforcement. DEC does not have an EPA-authorized hazardous waste program, although it maintains a hazardous waste information line. EPA’s Region 10 office administers and enforces the hazardous waste contingency plan rules in Alaska.
