· Rules. North Dakota follows the federal contingency plan rules applicable to LQGs, permitted hazardous waste TSDFs, and interim-status TSDFs. There are no additional state provisions.

· Administration and enforcement. NDDH's Division of Waste Management administers and enforces the contingency plan requirements in North Dakota.
