Rules. Delaware has not established any state-specific spill plan prevention requirements that would be in addition to the federal rules for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. See the national section SPILL PREVENTION—SPCC PLAN for information.

Refer to the state sections OIL SPILLS and RELEASE NOTIFICATION for reporting requirements in the event of an oil spill.
