Rules. Oklahoma has not established state-specific oil spill prevention plan requirements that are in addition to the federal Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan regulations. See the national section SPILL PREVENTION—SPCC PLAN for guidance on the federal SPCC plan requirements. Also see the state section CONTINGENCY PLAN for the provisions of a hazardous waste facility contingency plan.

Administration and enforcement. EPA Region 6 enforces the federal SPCC plan requirements in the state.
