· Rules. Wyoming follows the federal hazardous waste container requirements, including the empty container standards and the organic air emissions standards. The state requirements for generators using containers to accumulate hazardous waste on-site without a permit also follow the federal rules.

· Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Solid and Hazardous Waste Division administers and enforces the container rules in Wyoming.
