Rules. Arizona has adopted by reference the federal hazardous waste containment building requirements. Unlike under the federal rules, in Arizona owners and operators of hazardous waste containment buildings pay several state permit and facility fees.

Administration and enforcement. ADEQ's Waste Programs Division administers and enforces the containment building requirements in Arizona.

PERMIT AND REGISTRATION FEES
