Rules. Arizona adopts by reference the federal requirements for exporting and importing hazardous waste (40 CFR 262.50 to 262.60) with additional reporting requirements.

Administration and enforcement. EPA and ADEQ administer and enforce the rules for exporting and importing hazardous wastes.

Annual Reports

AZ Admin. Code R 18-8-262(H)

Annual reports covering exports of hazardous wastes must be sent to both EPA and ADEQ. The reports have to be filed with the director of ADEQ no later than March 1 of each year.
