Rules. Arkansas follows the federal hazardous waste storage rules, including those for on-site storage for generators, and has additional and more stringent requirements for treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) permits for the design of containment systems for container storage areas and for conditionally exempt small quantity generators (CESQGs) accumulating hazardous waste on-site. Arkansas also requires TSDFs to pay various facility fees, including those for storage of hazardous wastes.
