ANNUAL REPORTS

11 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 3, Ch. 1, Rule 1.6

Every transporter of hazardous wastes must file an annual report each March 1 to DEQ on forms specifically designated by DEQ with the following information:

  • Transporter's location
  • Transporter's mailing address
  • Transporter's designated contact person
