• Rules. Oklahoma has adopted by reference the federal hazardous waste treatment requirements, including those for generators treating hazardous waste on-site. The state has added more stringent state hazardous waste treatment rules in connection with permits and fees for hazardous waste treatment facilities.
• Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Land Protection Division administers and enforces the hazardous waste treatment rules in Oklahoma.
