Rules. Missouri adopts by reference the federal land treatment rules. There are no additional state regulations.

Treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) in Missouri that use land treatment must comply with additional state standards in connection with the permit application and fees. See the state section TSDF PERMITS to review these state requirements and fees.

Administration and enforcement. The Division of Environmental Quality of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources administers and enforces both the hazardous waste land treatment requirements in Missouri.
