Rules. Tennessee has adopted the federal permit application and modification rules for hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs), including those for remedial action plans, but has not included the federal standardized permit provisions. In addition, Tennessee requires all TSDF permit applicants to pay an application fee, a permit modification fee, and an annual TSDF maintenance fee.
