Rules. Oklahoma's rules for hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) incorporate by reference most of the federal rules and add some stricter state requirements. The state rules cover: facility fees, permit rules, health and environmental protection standards, monthly reports, receipt of waste, contingency plans, and container and tank recyclers.

Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Land Protection Division administers and enforces the hazardous waste TSDF management requirements in Oklahoma.
