Nevada Ladders: What you need to know
Nevada has adopted by reference the federal OSHA regulations on ladders (NRS 618.295).
The Nevada State Plan is administered by the Division of Industrial Relations (DIR), Department of Business and Industry. An enforcement section and consultation section have been established within the DIR. Enforcement is provided by the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Nevada OSHA), and consultation is provided by the Nevada Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS).
