Iowa Slips and Falls: What you need to know

Iowa has adopted the federal Occupational Safety and Health Standard in IAC 875-10.20(88) for general industry and IAC 875-10.12(88) for construction. Iowa employers are subject to slips, trips, and falls requirements that are identical to the federal rule.
