Administration and enforcement. ADEQ and its various divisions are responsible for the administration and enforcement of the environmental recordkeeping rules in Arizona. The local air pollution control agencies implement and enforce their own recordkeeping provisions within their jurisdiction. ADEQ's Air Quality Division implements and enforces the state's recordkeeping provisions in the remainder of the state.
