How does it work?

Pre-Hire 360® through BLR is easy to use and only takes a few minutes to start the process. Enter the candidate’s name, email, and select the survey from SkillSurvey’s survey library. The system automatically sends an email to the candidate with a link, asking them to enter their reference information and sign a waiver. Following this step, references receive an automatic email with instructions and a link to complete the survey. Survey’s typically take about 10 minutes to complete, and include behavioral-based questions, along with verbatim comments on a candidate’s strengths and areas for improvement. Automatic reminders are sent to references who don’t respond. Once completed, reference responses are compiled into the detailed, data-driven report.
