  • Manage leave consistently and accurately with FMLA, state, and military leave rules
  • Ensure the correct amount of leave is provided to each employee

  • Monitor, measure and analyze leave data through reports and dashboards
It does not offer as many configuration options, and does not include Presagia ADA or employee or manager self-service. SimplyLeave is limited to organizations with less than 2,500 employees.
