“5 Dumbest Management Concepts – Is HR One of Them?” Receives Record Response

HR Daily Advisor Article Draws Comments from HR Professionals Across Country

Old Saybrook, CT—February 28, 2011—The HR Daily Advisor’s recent article, “5 Dumbest Management Concepts—Is HR One of Them?” has attracted comments from HR professionals across the country.

Many people wrote in to the HR Daily Advisor® to express disappointment at the ideas put forth by blogger Geoffrey James, who argues that “the entire concept of HR is really just a way to make sure that employees don’t act uppity.” However, a large number of respondents commented that James’s blog post included several good points, which highlighted the ways that the business of HR could improve.
