New Jersey Notices (Posting): What you need to know

New Jersey requires that employers post a number of notices informing employees of their rights and obligations under various employment laws. The notices must be placed conspicuously enough to be easily seen by employees entering and exiting the workplace. Most of these posters are available free from the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL).
