• Rules. Colorado passed legislation requiring the state to develop regulations concerning CFCs and ozone-depleting chemicals (ODC). The state's rules are similar to the federal rules and include additional requirements for annual notification and fee reporting. • Administration and enforcement. APCD is responsible for administering and enforcing the state's CFC rules.
