Rules. Missouri follows the federal pollution prevention (P2) policies and offers P2 resources through the Missouri Environmental Assistance Center (MOEAC). See the national section POLLUTION PREVENTION for additional guidance.

Administration and enforcement. EPA Region 7 administers and enforces federal P2 programs in Missouri.

The DNR does not supply regulatory standards or statutes for P2. Small businesses interested in finding P2 resources may contact the MOEAC.
