Rules. Tennessee does not have its own pollution prevention (P2) rules. However, the federal P2 rules are effective in Tennessee.

Administration and enforcement. EPA's Region 4 office administers and enforces the federal P2 rules in Tennessee.

THE TENNESSEE GREEN STAR PARTNERSHIP (TGSP)

TDEC's TGSP is a free and voluntary environmental leadership program that recognizes organizations committed to sustainable practices and continuous improvement throughout their operation. Awards are given in recognition for advancing through the levels of partnership.
