• Rules. DEP's Division for Air Quality and the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District have adopted requirements that mirror the federal risk management program and received delegated authority to implement the program. Risk management plans and subsequent revisions must be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a certification of such submittals must be provided to DEP's Division for Air Quality or Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District. Major sources subject to Title V operating permit requirements are responsible for certifying compliance with the requirements of the risk management program as part of the annual Title V operating permit compliance certification. See the national section TITLE V for more information.
