North Dakota has adopted by reference the federal general industry and construction standards, including HCS, for public sector employers.

· Administration and enforcement. OSHA administers and enforces the HCS requirements for private sector employers in North Dakota. WSI administers and enforces the HCS requirements for public sector employers.
