Rules. Oklahoma adopts by reference the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, effective in Oklahoma as of September 15, 2018, which includes standards that allow generators to accumulate hazardous waste on-site without a permit for specific periods of time.
