• Rules. Montana enacted the Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment Act (VCRA) as part of the state Superfund law, CECRA. Be sure to refer to the Montana Comprehensive Environmental Cleanup and Responsibility Act (CECRA) listing, ranking, and delisting rules. Although these rules do not define the VCRA process, they do pertain to VCRA sites as well as CECRA sites.
