Rules. Indiana has adopted by reference the federal corrective action requirements for hazardous and solid (nonhazardous) waste units at treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, and the federal rules for corrective action management units (CAMUs), temporary units (TUs), and staging piles. Indiana's adoption of the federal rules includes the 2002 federal rules for CAMUs, including 40 CFR 264.555 (placement of CAMU-eligible wastes in off-site hazardous waste landfills, with one exception).
