Rules. Mississippi adopts by reference the federal hazardous waste disposal rules for hazardous waste disposal facilities and the federal land disposal restrictions. Disposal facilities in Mississippi must also comply with additional state permit requirements and must pay certain disposal and pollution prevention fees.
