Rules. Oklahoma has incorporated by reference the federal hazardous waste disposal rules for facilities. The state has added more hazardous waste disposal rules in connection with permits and fees for hazardous waste disposal facilities. In addition, generators in Oklahoma are required to file a disposal plan with DEQ and pay an annual fee for each wastestream covered by the fee.

Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Land Protection Division administers and enforces the hazardous waste disposal rules in Oklahoma.
