TSDF permit fees: 9 VAC 20-60-1260 to 20-60-1286

TSDF site certification: 9 VAC 20-20-70, 9 VAC 20-40-20 to 20-40-160, 9 VAC 20-50-20 to 20-50-110, and Virginia Code Annotated (VCA) 10.1-1433 to 10.1-1449

Rules. Virginia's hazardous waste disposal rules are almost identical to the federal rules, except for the state's underground injection well prohibition and permit certification and fees.

Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Division of Land Protection and Revitalization administers and enforces the hazardous waste disposal requirements in the state.
