• Rules. Delaware has adopted the federal rules for hazardous waste generators, with a few additions that make the state's rules more stringent. The state's more stringent rules apply to: hazardous waste determination, permitted transporters, notification, annual reports, on-site storage, on-site treatment, conditionally exempt small quantity generators (CESQGs), and fees.
• Administration and enforcement. DNREC's Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances administers and enforces Delaware's hazardous waste generator rules.
