Rules. Oklahoma has adopted the federal hazardous waste regulations for generators and adds its own requirements regarding health and environmental protection standards, quarterly reports, disposal plans, manifest copies, CESQGs, and fees.

Administration and enforcement. DEQ's Land Protection Division administers and enforces the rules for hazardous waste generators in Oklahoma.
