• Rules. Tennessee's regulations for hazardous waste generators are the same as the federal regulations with additional state requirements in connection with notifications, annual reports, hazardous waste reduction plans, on-site storage of wastes, off-site shipments, pollution prevention, conditionally exempt small quantity generators (CESQGs), and fees.
• Administration and enforcement. The Division of Solid Waste Management of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) administers and enforces Tennessee's hazardous waste management program.
