· Rules. Wyoming incorporates by reference the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, effective in Wyoming as of May 3, 2019, for hazardous waste large quantity generators (LQGs), small quantity generators (SQGs), and very small quantity generators. · Administration and enforcement. The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Solid and Hazardous Waste Division administers and enforces the hazardous waste generator regulations in Wyoming.
