· Rules. Arkansas requires owners and operators of land treatment facilities in Arkansas to comply with the federal land treatment facility rules. In addition, owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) that engage in land treatment activities must comply with additional permit application and fee requirements and adhere to state facility performance standards.

FACILITY PERMIT STANDARDS
