Rules. Oklahoma's rules for hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) incorporate by reference most of the federal rules and add some stricter state requirements. The state rules cover: facility fees, permit rules, health and environmental protection standards, monthly reports, receipt of waste, contingency plans, and container and tank recyclers.
