Rhode Island Executive Exemption: What you need to know

Rhode Island law exempts anyone employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity earning a salary of at least $200 per week from the overtime provisions of Rhode Island's Minimum Wage Law (RI Gen.
