The Idaho Commission on Human Rights enforces the Idaho Human Rights Act as well as other state and federal antidiscrimination laws to ensure that all people within the state are treated with dignity and respect. For employers, the commission offers information on discrimination related to employment at http://humanrights/idaho.gov.
