South Dakota Diversity: What you need to know

The South Dakota Division of Human Rights is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Human Relations Act of 1972 and offers resources to employers, including a preemployment inquiry guide, information on sexual harassment in the workplace and a sample policy, and a disability intake questionnaire.
