Vermont Diversity: What you need to know

The Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual harassment), sexual orientation, gender identity, ancestry, place of birth, age (18 years or older), or disability (VT Stat. Tit. 21 Sec. 495 et seq.).
