Louisiana Notices (Posting): What you need to know

Louisiana requires that employers post several notices informing employees of their rights and obligations under various employment laws. The notices must be placed conspicuously enough to be easily seen by employees entering and exiting the workplace. Child labor. All employers of minors must post a summary of the Louisiana child labor laws and a list of the occupations prohibited to minors (LA Rev. Stat. Sec. 23:217).
