Child labor. Employers of workers under the age of 16 must post a list of all such employees (MO Rev. Stat. Sec. 294.060).
Discrimination. Employers are required to post a summary of the Missouri Fair Employment Practices Act, prepared or approved by the Commission on Human Rights, indicating that discrimination based on race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, ancestry, or handicap is prohibited (MO Code of Regs. Tit. 8 Sec. 60-3.010). Employers engaged in the business of sale or rental property must post the Discrimination in Housing poster. In addition, employers doing business in places that are open to the public must display the Discrimination in Public Accommodations poster.
