Tennessee Notices (Posting): What you need to know

Tennessee requires that employers post several notices in the workplace informing employees of their rights and obligations under various employment laws. Many posters required by state law are available from the Tennessee Labor and Workforce Development agency. For employers with Spanish-speaking employees, the agency has several posters in Spanish as well as in English. Employers are not required to use both English and Spanish posters, but it is advisable given that the purpose of the posting laws is to inform employees of the laws and their rights.
Many posters are available for download at http://www.tn.gov.
